The slow carb diet hasn’t simply taught me to lose weight, but the weight is actually staying off! Furthermore, it is becoming much more effortless throughout daily life to continuously lose more of it.
For instance, whenever you take a vacation, it is certain that you’re planning to lounge around by the pool, visit restaurants for every meal, and hardly exercise. For that reason, a lot of the time, you’re likely to come back weighing even more than whenever you departed.
Fortunately, on my most recent vacation, I decided to utilize a few powerful suggestions from the slow carb diet and the “The 4-Hour Body” book by Tim Ferriss. And to my astonishment, I actually arrived back from the vacation eight pounds lighter than when I had departed! So just how did I do that, you’re possibly asking?
To start with, none of the measures I had taken right before the trip were very significant. As a result, it didn’t require a ton of time, nor did it require my children to ride in the vehicle while I pulled it! Instead, I completed the following:
- Brought along my 2 cheat busters
- Packed a stretch arm band along with a forty-five lb kettle bell
- Night Before – Boiled a lot of eggs and prepared chicken to eat for lunches
- Ate my standard slow carb diet recipes on a daily basis
- Brought snack foods and other breakfast/lunch foods I wanted
- Performed the basic workout routines
Here’s just how my getaway went. Once I woke up, I’d consume my prepared breakfasts and lunches rather than ordering room service. Then every evening we ate out for dinner, which often was a location that still provided a few slow carb approved dishes. Don’t misunderstand me, I definitely cheated somewhat every now and then and always finished off with a tasty dessert!
Secondly, the portion that everyone fears…exercise! Honestly, it was not very tough to find motivation, because the workouts I did were straightforward and not very cumbersome. On Monday and Wednesday, I conducted one hundred kettle bell swings with my forty five lb kettle bell. Then on Sunday and Tuesday, I conducted pushups and also arm band extensions.
This diet plan has been anything but a hassle to my life, helping me to still do and eat the meal I really love. I hope you check out my story and give this slow carb diet (aka lifestyle) the opportunity to help you drop some weight!
