Hello there, I want to talk with you about what to eat when pregnant. My name is Karen Phoenix and I’m a nutritional and fitness trainer and I have recently given birth to my beautiful son. During my pregnancy,
I discovered how to not gain an unhealthy amount of weight, and have a healthy pregnancy. What I discovered about what to eat when pregnant will help you have a wonderful and stress free pregnancy without the usual fat gain that allot of women suffer from. This is all safe, easy, and extremely effective.
What I am about to tell you works. I proved it works while I was pregnant. And it also worked with my clients that wanted me to teach them what to eat when pregnant.
This process is actually really easy to use. Just follow these three magic steps.
1. Know All The Good Foods That You Should Eat
There are certain foods that you need to consume that will give the best nourishment for your child while keeping away the unhealthy pregnancy fat. These foods will not pack on extra weight even if you consume allot of them. What are the best foods to eat? Mostly foods that only contain one ingredient like: steak, chicken, veggies, fruits, eggs, rice, bacon, butter,coconut oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes.
Nutrition Tips: The fats and oils that are in egg yolk are the best for helping to develop your baby’s brain. Coconut oil is wonderful for fighting pregnancy fatigue. There are lots more of these foods.
2. Know All The Foods That You Should Stay Away From.
You need to know what foods will cause you to gain allot of unhealthy weight and that are also not good for your little one. Of course you already know that all the cakes, cookies and sugars are unhealthy, but there are also lots of other foods to keep away from.
There are even foods labeled as good for you like soy milk. Soy affects your thyroid and can also disrupt your normal healthy hormone levels. You also need to keep away from dairy products. They usually include with antibiotics and hormones. And do not be concerned about not getting enough calcium, you can get lots of calcium from green veggies and certain nuts. And its also very important to, keep completely away from any foods that contain lots of chemicals and preservatives.
3. Know How To Properly Combine The Good Foods
Learning what to eat when pregnant and combining the right kinds of foods in a particular way will combat morning sickness, fatigue, and other crappy pregnancy symptoms. Every meal must at least contain protein, specific fats, and the right kind of carbs.
