To avoid this, what you can do is simply place the wool in a bag and dangle it on the handlebars.

Multi-tasking is the solution to keep boredom at a distance. You can consider lots of other tasks that you would like to do but you give them up because of your busy routine. Find out your talents and your hobbies, and boredom will certainly not come again while you are working out!
