The society of today is obsessed with looking good and staying in shape. There was a time when remaining in top shape meant for men to have abs and women to stay thin, but that time starts to change. The unhealthy sides to being under weights have became clearer and though there are still many girls out there who prefers to be skinny over healthy but the bulk of the girls out there now prefers to girl abs over thin.
The abs has long been like a symbol of good health. Whenever you consider somebody with good health you imagine somebody with great abdominal muscle. Thats true for girls too. Most women would not want their abs to be as pronounce as men, but never the less that they would wish to show some muscle definition in the intestinal area of their body.
You’ll find hundreds if not thousands of pills and other products out there that claims to be able to help you get the abs of your dream. Unfortunately, most of these products are a complete waste of time and money. In truth any girls can get the girl abs of their dreams by following a following a good diet and a regular exercise regimen. It should be noted a workout alone can create the girl abs but without the right diet those abs will be encircled by too much body fat to be seen . There are lots of people out there who’ve already got abs but you wont be able to see it on them and they do not know it themselves, because of this problem.
Here below is a sample diet a lady can follow if she too wants to lose tummy fat and show her girl abs off.
Breakfast
For breakfast you can eat rolled oats with two pieces of fresh fruits, preferably orange and grapefruit, but you can substitute with pretty much any type of fruits that you like.
Lunch
For lunch you’ve got a protein shake. You can buy protein powder at any health store or body
Construction shop. Protein is essential in the diet because thats what creates the muscles in your body.
Dinner
For dinner have another protein shake but this time, have some veg like carrots and celery with it.
Specific things to consider about this diet, if you’re now eating a lot more calories than the amount mentioned in this diet, it’d be wise to lower the amount of food gradually to the amount in this diet. If you must eat snakes between meals, than make it seeds and nuts. If you drink tea than do not add sugar to it, it may taste hideous but you must stick to it. But most importantly, remember this diet is designed for girls who needs to lose the extra body fat really fast and does little physical work, regular jogging and may be lift some extremely light weights at the gymnasium.
